Creating a policy
Go to Settings → Privacy and click Add privacy policy. Fill in:- Policy name — an internal label to identify the policy in your settings
- Notice text — the text shown to participants. Use
{{policy_link}}and{{/policy_link}}to wrap the text you want linked to your full policy - Policy URL — a link to your full privacy policy, used for the link inside the notice text
- Data retention — the number of days to retain participant data. Toggle on unlimited retention to keep data indefinitely, or enter a specific number of days
