Create and manage privacy policies for your research agents. Policies are shown to participants before they start a session.

Creating a policy

Go to Settings → Privacy and click Add privacy policy. Fill in:
  • Policy name — an internal label to identify the policy in your settings
  • Notice text — the text shown to participants. Use {{policy_link}} and {{/policy_link}} to wrap the text you want linked to your full policy
  • Policy URL — a link to your full privacy policy, used for the link inside the notice text
  • Data retention — the number of days to retain participant data. Toggle on unlimited retention to keep data indefinitely, or enter a specific number of days
