Connectors are MCP connectors: each person connects their own account so Propane can pull live context into chat in a session. They are not the same as Integrations, which are org-wide and power Signals, Companies, and People. See What integrations bring in.

What connectors do

Connectors let you bring live context from tools you already use into a Propane session. They are authenticated per user — each teammate connects their own account. Once connected, the AI can use that context while you work on the canvas.

How connectors work in Propane

From a chat session — Click the + icon in the composer and select Connectors. A side panel lists every connector available in your workspace. Choose a connector and complete the setup flow for that tool. From Settings — Open Settings → Connectors in Propane. You will see the same list of connectors. Connect or manage accounts from here without starting from chat. Both paths use the same connector setup; use whichever is convenient.

Supported connectors

Attio, HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk, PostHog, Mixpanel, Salesforce, Notion, Linear
