Signals is where your product intelligence lives. A signal is a traceable unit of evidence pointing to something meaningful — recurring friction, a requested capability, a pain point, or a trend across accounts. Signals are actionable, not just informational.

Where signals come from

Signals are built from source material Propane has access to: customer interviews, support tickets, sales calls, feedback tools, and other text-based materials. Individual pieces of evidence are called insights. Related insights are clustered together to form a signal.
